Tea India Genome e-Resources (TIGeR)
TV1 is an important Camellia assamica (Indian tea) clone. Here, along with the organelle genomes of TV1, the Chromosome level genome assembly (V1.2) and Super-scaffold level assembly (V1.1) are availble to download via respective NCBI accessions. Over 30k high-quality genes have been predicted and annotated. A pan-genome study has been conducted with different cultivated Camellia genotypes collected from different regions of the country.
