Tea India Genome e-Resources (TIGeR) is an comprehensive web based data repository providing free access to world tea community for genetics, genomics and breeding resources to facilitate the basic and applied biotechnological research of tea. This database contain the whole genome sequencing data of Indian Tea cultivar (TV-1) along with various other genomics resources such as SSR, InDels, non–coding RNA, lncRNA etc. The data base also contains the complete sequence of chloroplast and mitochondrial genome of tea. TIGeR provides links to these in-house databases and integrated tools for easy querying , visualizing and downloading option of the data.
